Terms of Service

This service is operated for MatrixMD, an all-in-one medical operations and AI platform for clinics and IPSes in Colombia. MatrixMD provides tools for scheduling, clinical workflows, administration, DIAN electronic invoicing, RIPS, analytics, and company messaging through WhatsApp.

This endpoint supports authorized Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and WhatsApp Business app coexistence onboarding. MatrixMD may use approved permissions to manage conversations, create and manage message templates, send approved template messages, send image/media messages, and synchronize webhook events for connected business assets. Use is limited to MatrixMD, authorized customers, and business owners connecting their own company messaging assets.

The service is provided for integration validation and authorized operation. Its optional Cloudflare conversation agent is a separate operator sidecar, is disabled by default, and does not send a WhatsApp message without a separate operator approval in the application. You are responsible for ensuring that any production use, Agent Skill, or connected MCP server complies with Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, applicable privacy laws, healthcare confidentiality duties, and customer consent requirements.
