MatrixMD is an all-in-one medical operations and AI platform for clinics and IPSes in Colombia. MatrixMD helps healthcare institutions manage scheduling, clinical records, administrative operations, DIAN electronic invoicing, RIPS, analytics, and WhatsApp-based patient communication.
This integration connects authorized company WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta Embedded Signup and WhatsApp Cloud API so MatrixMD can operate business messaging workflows such as appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, patient follow-up, message templates, image/media messages, and coexistence with the WhatsApp Business mobile app.
We process account identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, template metadata, webhook events, and message data only to validate and operate the integration requested by the business owner.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising. WhatsApp integration data is stored in Cloudflare D1 for onboarding, operational testing, support, and troubleshooting. Access tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in the browser.
The optional conversation agent is disabled by default. When an authorized operator enables it for an eligible company number, Cloudflare AI Gateway routes the operator's prompt and the WhatsApp history the agent reads to the configured OpenRouter model to provide the requested analysis or draft. The private agent transcript and enablement state are stored in Cloudflare Durable Object SQLite; operator-created Agent Skills are stored in Cloudflare R2. Agent replies remain outside WhatsApp, and an agent-proposed WhatsApp send requires a separate operator approval. If an operator connects an external MCP server and explicitly requests an action that needs it, that external service may process the data required for that action under the operator's configuration.
